And it wasn’t one of those blinged out mopeds, it was a beat-the-hell-up moped like the one in the picture above. We looked closer at the long-haired shirtless man and it was Gamecock badboy Stephen Garcia. Now you know why we call it a duiped right? Because that’s what people drive around after they get a DUI and their license is taken away. So, we are wondering … did Garcia get stripped of his license after his two arrests?"
