While We Were Gone ......

We have to admit, when things started going bad for Bowden and the Tigers, we did what any normal and true Clemson fan would do ..... go on vacation. Yes, we wanted to get as far away from the critics, gamecock fans, and crazy TigerNet people as possible. Plus, we made a helluva lot of money betting on the Clemson/Central Michigan game, so that's another reason why we went on vacation. Remember this blog - Link - I told you we were going to score 70 points, and we did. We were a 17 point favorite and Tommy Bowden defeated Central Michigan 70-14. For you crazy Clemson farmers out there wearing purple overalls who can't do the math, we won by 56 points and covered the spread. See .... even Dan Scott or Mickey "The Hardcore Republican" Plyler couldn't have picked that one. Plus we wanted to get the hell out of the U.S. during halloween, I hate having little kids knock on my door asking for candy.

Bowden is on the goalline attempting to score a great season for Clemson. You have to like Bowden's chances finally punching it in this coming Saturday taking his Tigers to Jacksonville. Defensively, Clemson has proved and played well enough to win every game it has suited up for this season and boasts one of the fastest, hardest-hitting units in the country. Not trying to jinx us, but it appears that the offense has arrived, and if it makes you feel better, we're a 7.5 point favorite in Vegas. We're tired from our trip so I'm sorry if today's post isn't as entertaining as some of our previous ones. We'll be sure to get back first thing tomorrow spreading the word on Tommy Bowden and bragging on our Tigers ..... and making fun of Tommy Bowden haters.

IT doesn't matter, Clemson will lose to USC in a couple of weeks

I think there is a high percentage chance that Matt Ryan may have a field day on Clemson. BC's o-line is solid and not beat up at all. It was all we could do to get any kind of pass rush on him.

BC will strug big time against Clemson offensively and defensively. Ryan has completed barely half his passes (52%) the last 3 weeks while throwing 7 tds and 7 ints. Granted VT and FSU have pretty good defenses, but Maryland? Plus they gave up 452 and 472 yards against FSU and Maryland. Those two teams rank 74th and 98th in total offense.

Matt Ryan will have a field day? What the heck are you talking about? By field day, if you mean getting smacked in the head with an eggg during the egg toss I'd say you're right on. I understand you may be bitter from the Tigers smacking your team around on your home turf but Matt Ryan sucks. Lets review, a QB with a 7TD/7Int ratio = S.U.C.K.S. Clemson has the #2 pass defense in the nation, BC is a passing team, we can all figure this one out...you're just bitter, and thats ok.

Well maryland fan,

If your D had problems then we certainly should be concerned. Our D has been solid in all 10 games. Wait...didn't we beat you 30-17? Well then, why am I even discussing this?

Clemson will lose to USC? When do we play US...oh, you mean SCU...

Come on man, DCU can't even beat themselves. #6 to 6-6, good luck with that.

Oh, you're thinking of the hyped-up, over-rated Matt Ryan, not the one that actually plays the games.

Which Matt Ryan do you think showed up? Was it the hyped-up, over-rated Matt Ryan, or just the one that actually plays?

Surprising that God can't do better than 4th best in the A She She.

Bowden is not God, he is a loser. He stumbles where he shouldn't and sucks as a closer.

The second drive of the BC game-- 4th and 1, a 7 point lead, thr Tigers have the momentum and the little puke decides to punt. The offense stalled for the rest of the game.

I even read on ESPN.COM after the loss to BC-- "same old Tigers."

Bowden needs to go. Remember last years losses? Where'd they come from? Special teams. Bowden was the special teams coach.

And what idiot slapped the 2 million buyout clause Bowden's contract? Les Miles buyout for Michigan is only 1.25-- he's competing for the national championship.

Bowden has won, mmmm, let's see, there's that one Peach Bowl win over a mediocre Tennessee team.

I am a Clemson alum (72'). Allow me to say that I hope South Carolina kicks our ass, I mean by a few touchdowns, so we can finally convince everyone to fire Bowden.

Its been an awful quiet bolg since the BC game. I bet you keep your trap shut until you can see if they beat South Carolina.

But even if they do beat the Cocks and the evil genius, ask yourself a question:

Are we really satisfied losing three (at the very least) games EVERY damn season?
